As an user I want to add information to a document based on a text and image contained in the it

I have a Document with 2 blobs: one containing an image and a second containing a text document
For the image I want to add :

• tags
• faces and famous people reference information
  For text I want to add :
• tags
• named entities

the text document can be a PDF or a Word file.
