Batch job for user annotation

As an administrator, I want to create a batch job for users to correct document annotations to improve a custom model.

proposed

• On the custom model dashboard, be able to start a batch workflow (for multiple documents and users), choosing the target users and amount of documents to be used.
• ML should be used to select the targeted document that will optimize custom model improvement.
• Correspondent workflows should be generated and available to users.
• Workflow should have context document; property being evaluated; ML annotation. Also, an input for the user to correct the annotation. Actions to accept, correct or "no idea"
