Fix sentiment enrichment reset on new content

reproduce

• add a pdf with content : "this is not good"
  => sentiment enrichment "negative"
• replace pdf with content : "this is really good"
  =!> previous sentiment enrichment still there
  => new "positive" sentiment also added.
