Add a new tab to display locally edited assets

Scenario:

• Open or place an asset on an application
• Modify it
• A new tab should display only locally modified assets so users know what should be updated server side.
• for all these assets, the "Update" action is available and update the asset server side
• A "Update" all action should be available to update all asset with one action
