image is jumping and resizing on the panel

will need to verify it occurs with all versions of the CC, but is related to the display not showing proper aspect ration.  if you single click on the mis-displayed object on the panel it sizes properly and changes/rearranges the display of all the other objects on the page. (was able to reproduce for spi, no screenshots for the ticket)
