allow for pagination

the current version of the connector is hard coded to 15 items per page because of a bug we had in the default children page provider.  changing to a browse that uses a page provider configurable by the client will allow us to remove the hard coded items per page and should allow for better pagination by the client.  Also, the client will be able to set the numbers of items per page on the page provider.
