add "other" tab

right now, we have tabs for browsing and searching.  Both of these should be fed by page providers (browse should soon use a page provider instead of the children enricher).  The other tab will be fed by a page provider that the client can configre and can include a query that will allow for collections or tasks.  As of this time, there will be no functionality around completing tasks.
