initial save of indd doc should pass back the uuid of the doc to the file

currently, when working in indd on a brand new file, when you save to the repository, if you want to continue working on the same file and continue to save as the same doc, you have to close the doc after the initial save and reopen from the panel in order to get the uuid/repository document.
