expose the page providers used for the connector in the studio when the connector is used

currently, we use a page provider for search.  With the current connector plugin, we don't expose the page providers.  However, if it were exposed, our clients could configure initial queries that are more relevant to their custom object types.  We would need to see if we could "lock down" the names of the page providers so as to not break the calls being made from the connector.
