Photoshop: Action "Open" for PSD project doesn't work if no file is already opened

Scenario:

• Open Photoshop
• Through the connector select a PSD project
• Click on "Open"
  --> error message is displayed (see screenshot "OpenPSDProject")

Scenario 2:

• Open Photoshop
• Create a new project
• Through the connector select a PSD project
• Click on "Open"
  --> The PSD project is opened but it seems to be opened too in the new empty created project (see screenshot "OpenPSDProject2")
