Add some of the source document events to the live proxy audit trail

Let it be a document D and a live proxy of this document , L.

When one of the following events happen on the document D:

      - DocumentModified

      - lifecycle_transition_event

      - documentRemoved

fill the corresponding audit trail entry on the document L.

I.e. we should see on document L " modified the document" , if we see "modified the document" on D.
