enable use of XA datasource by default in tomcat

      Description

      Tomcat dbcp pool do not provide xa datasource factory. As a side effect, connections are returned with the autocommit flag set to true.

      Let's configure runtime datasource for providing the XA datasources instead of acquiring them from the container.
