Remove use of Derby in embedded mode

      Description

      In order to facilitate a switch to single-connection (non-XA) mode (NXP-10308), we'll unify the databases in embedded mode to all use h2. This means that directories, audit and all persistence data will be stored in h2 instead of Derby.
