Rebuild oracle/database:18.3.0-ee-pre-initialized docker image

      Description

      It seems that at some point image oracle/database:18.3.0-ee-pre-initialized has disappeared from our repository.

      We don't have enough history on https://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/view/P1Fail/job/master/job/nuxeo-master-fullbuild-oracle-18c/ to deduce when it has happened. The current error is:

      Is it possible to restore this image and oracle/database:18.3.0-ee?
