Reproduction steps:
- After navigating to Aspera Dashboard, I proceed to creating a New Upload.
- I choose No when asked if I want to automatically complete the transfer after the upload is completed.
- I add some files to the dropzone
- With the upload ongoing, I navigate back to the Aspera Dashboard
- After waiting for a while to let the files fully upload, I refresh page in order to see the 'Complete Transfer' button
- I click the 'Complete Transfer' button and then 'Yes' to confirm
Outcome:
- I get the error message
Resource request failed: 500d44aa-e0ad-43fb-989b-9312a40e9283
- In console, I have the following error
PUT https://preview-aspera-master.napps.dev.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/api/v1/aspera/transfer/500d44aa-e0ad-43fb-989b-9312a40e9283/complete 404
- After a hard refresh, I was able to press the 'Complete Transfer' without any error and the transfer state change to 'Pending'
- After a refresh, the transfer was shown as 'Completed'
Note - With similar steps I also had the following error before:
