Add spinner when clicking save button in edit form

When editing a document with a large amount of data, after clicking the save button, it will show like a frozen pop-up.  Request to add spinner (<paper-spinner-lite>) to save so that user knows that document is saving.  This behavior already exists in LTS 2019 when creating a document and it exists when creating/editing a document in LTS 2021.
