Fix More menu tooltip in document preview when navigating away

When clicking the More ellipsis on a document preview and then navigating away, the More tooltip remains on the screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to a document
2. Click the More ellipsis in the document preview
3. Change location by clicking on the breadcrumb
4. Observe that the 'More' tooltip is visible on the page
5. Navigate to another document
6. Observe that the 'More' tooltip remains on the page

Expected Results: More tooltip disappears when navigating away from the document

This issue is reproducible with Safari browser.
