When viewing search results, if a new document is created that would also appear in the search results, clicking an item in your current search result list (clicking on row, not title) could take you to the new document instead of the document clicked on. Video is attached showing the behavior.
Reproduction Steps:
1) Navigate to search results
2) Using REST API, create another document that would show up in list of search results
3) Once document is created, click on last result in search results (click row, not title)
4) Observe that you are taken to newly created doc and not doc clicked on
