Issues with Note doctype

I observed the following problems when trying to edit a Note

1) As soon as the Note loads the following error appears in the console:

Refused to apply style from 'http://localhost:8080/nuxeo/ui/#!/browse/default-domain/workspaces/Test%20Drive%205.1.0%20WS/skins/moono/editor.css?t=K9GE' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled. 

2) The formatting toolbar moves to different places around the screen when trying to format text

3) When you highlight text and apply a style (eg changing text to Normal, Heading 1, Formatted, etc), an error appears in the console and the style is only applied to the first line in the note, not the line that was highlighted.  Ultimately the style isn't saved when clicking 'Save' button
