Fix display of user information throughout the UI

In some places like the document's Comments tab (see https://nightly-2021.nuxeocloud.com/nuxeo/ui/#!/browse/Domain/workspaces/np%20WS/Image%20file) or the Local permissions listing under the Profile drawer, the related user's information displayed is the username, while in most places in the Web UI the first and last name (with tooltip) is display.
