Add a message about CORS enablement

On the login error message, Add a "make sure you activated the CORS config on your Nuxeo sever", with a link to http://doc.nuxeo.com/x/vIvZ around "CORS config" If not possible to add it in the login error message (systematically, no matter what the error is) we should display it in small below the connection form.
