Add a link to a wiki page for giving more explanations on the limits of vocabulary id and warn the user only if version is <=5.4.2

On the warning displayed by the automatic check system when vocabulary id is too long, we should give a link to a wiki page for more explanations. Also, it seems that this warning is not necessary when version of Nuxeo is >= 5.5
