Grid - Facilitate onboarding

When doing our usability tests, we noticed that people don't always understand properties right away. Using the contextual help actually helps if they are given that hint, but they won't use it naturally and may just ignore it. They expect a simpler onboarding experience.

Solution suggestion:

• We would like to try embedding a quick introduction video with some basic examples, and link to university videos or additional documentation
