Collapse UI / Resources menu when columns number is set

Problem description:
Our users mostly use 13 inches computers.

Setting e.g. 2 columns using the layout properties, the screen is not wide enough to show these 2 columns and users believe the change didn't happen when it's just made responsive.

Collapsing the UI / Resources menu is enough to solve that issue; but if they are not told they won't notice by themselves and think the feature is broken.

Suggested solution:

• When loading a layout that contains 2 columns or more, hide the UI / Resources menu
• When setting the layout properties to 2 columns or more, hide the UI / Resources menu
• Add contrast to the collapse / expand button so that it becomes more visible; users don't notice it today and have to rely on our hints to find it
