Publications are not filtered if "Regular document" is set on an event handler

An event handler is created with the following activation filters:

• Document Created event
• Only one custom document type
• Only on "Regular documents"

When a publication is created, the automation chain linked to the event handler is executed, meaning the publication is not filtered on the event where it must have been.
