Support all icons supported by Web UI in the Designer icon picker

Currently the Designer icon picker only includes two default iconsets: icons and nuxeo. However, Web UI supports by default a much bigger set of iconsets (since 8.10 all the way to 11.1):

• icons
• av
• communication
• editor
• hardware
• image
• notification
• social

And the remaining ones are unsupported (from the list of available iron-icons):

• device
• maps
• places

The goal is to add these iconsets in the Designer icon picker so that the user can have more options for icons that are already supported by the Web UI.
