Change the mechanism to fetch the list of shared projects

Currently, a properties file is deployed in a dedicated folder to determine if a project is shared or not. We would like to rely on Nuxeo document mechanisms instead, either using a new Facet or on a flag stored on the metadata of a Studio project document.
The choice of technical implementation will depend on the time taken to be able to query all the shared projects.
