Define export and import client endpoints

In order to provision JX previews of NOS; we need to import data.

For test purpose and feature development, we assumed we only need a sample of data containing a few clients, their projects, and a bench of marketplace packages.
Idea is to extract mainly Presales projects, as they are internal and most of the time very complex. (Need to identify 2-3 projects: dam-accelerator, vif-plm?, ...)

=> Clients: for testing Connect features (a few trials as well)
=> Projects: Generating sandbox, Modele and Designer
=> Marketplace: Package Downloads, Maven servlet resolution, ...

After having an extraction done, we need to be able to ingest it. Using a specific component? or REST endpoint?
