Add layout generation tests: Default Doctypes

The goal is to add tests to:

• Scaffold all the layouts for a default doctype.
  For all the available target platforms.

Note: We don't really need to generate all the layouts for all the default doctypes. If we can verify that we can get the default template for a single default doctype, we can be sure that we can do it for the other ones as well.
