Allow user to override existing tag when doing a release

Currently, when a tag with a SemVer name exists, a release with the same SemVer cannot be done => a message says that you have to delete it first.
It may be nice to be able to override an existing tag when doing a release because some peolpe are used to create a tag before doing a release.
