In Designer, a menu option is available (TODO: naming and placement) to manage my icons
When I visit this screen, I can CRUD icons
- See my custom icons with a thumbnail preview
- Add new icons
- Rename icons
- Renaming icons automatically impacts contributions where it's used, but not layouts
The following configuration items will be automatically updated as well:

- Delete icons individually or in bulk
- Deleting icons warns me about the consequences if it's used
