Fix login issues for 1 project for 1 login

The customer encounters the following login issue:

• using Chrome, he must clear the browser cache before logging in, then it works fine
• using FF, he must clear cache the browser cache before logging in, then some parts of the project fail to load (.e.g branches management): browser network console says HTTP 500
• If not clearing his browser cache before attempting to log in, then he cannot log in

This is neither reproducible with another login, nor with sudo-ing
