Improve UX in Designer Document Page Element Binding

The report is that in UI > Document Pages > New Page > Element Binding, when clicking on button CREATE ELEMENT, a popup window opens, putting something in Name, then clicking on button CREATE, nothing seems to happen although an element has been created.

When experimenting the page, chances are that people will click on the CREATE ELEMENT instead of selecting an existing element that would match their need.

When creating an element, it should get selected by default so that "something happens" as a reaction.

The CREATE ELEMENT might also be discouraged a bit more than now, given existing elements can match a need.
