Allow permanent display of help labels

      Description

      In Designer, contextual help is obtained by hovering on some text.

      This is a problem from a UX standpoint when some examples are provided in this help because it prevents you from copying-pasting them.

      GOAL

      • Provide a way to make contextual help display permanent until you close it.
