Remove New project / Delete project buttons in Studio projects page

New project and delete project buttons are fundamentally broken.

Create button creates a Studio project document in connect's back office that is not linked to any customer / application / support package => this is not consistent with connect's content model and can generate a lot of unexpected problems.

Delete button also acts only on the Studio project document in connect's back office. Same problems as above.

Additionally:

• These buttons are only seen today by Nuxeo staff members, that should create tickets when needing new projects to be created => no one should use them.
• Create project button makes use of the application dependencies screen, which will be replaced by application definition.
