Create Drawer Menu Page editor

Create an editor for Drawer Menu Pages.

This editor will be responsible for 'DRAWER_PAGES '.
Some work needs to be done on Web UI to allow new slots for left menu and a new element to be used as drawer menu.

Header

• Back button
• Page name
• Reverse / Delete
• Save

Form Sections

• Basic details
  • ID / Name : page name, will be used on the element slot naming
  • Availability: switch to disable/enable on the UI
• Element & Properties
  • Element is predefined : to be added to web-ui catalog.
• Browse Means: Left menu item
  Details like name, label, icon and order number; also a '?' icon to explain what this is about
• Filters: the filter element; should be applied both to left menu item and page contribution
