make it possible to display title of widgets on top of the widget

Currently, the title of the widget is displayed systematically on the left. It would be great to be able to configure on the top container widget an option so that widgets are displayed on top, which is suitable when you want to display a content view (cf attachment). Also, we would like to easily control the style of the title, to tmake sure it makes a nice title either by default or by adding a simple class name in the class attribute.
