Make it possible to register again when current registration has expired

Use case: if a user registers its instance with a trial account, and it expires, he's not able anymore to register its instance with a new account. He has to remove manually the file in data/NXRuntime/instance.clid.

There should be a way to override an existing registration, or remove it when expired.
