Aspera configurable Edit actions

Clients want to be able to disable edit actions in the transfer view

The following elements should be able to be disabled using a slot contribution:

• edit-button
• share-button
• delete-button

There were configurable slots in the Aspera Connector UI at one point (see nuxeo-aspera.html and nuxeo-aspera-upload-edit-dialog.html) but they went away in 3.0.x
