Fix sorting & Version field for My Favorites

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. In Web UI, add multiple documents as favorites via Document Actions > Add to Favorites
      2. From the left-side drawer, click User Workspace > {User} and select My Favorites from the data table shown
      3. Attempt to click on the sorting arrows of each column in the nuxeo-data-table of nuxeo-favorites-view-layout. Observe that no sort is applied from any field selected.
      4. From the settings cog in the top right of the nuxeo-data-table, attempt to add the Version field to the table. Observe that all entries for Version are blank.
