Retention - Standard Mode - Blobs Duplicated in s3 storage

Blobs are duplicated after a retention rule is applied in Standard mode.  Per NXP-30749, customers are defining the Records blob provider by making XML contributions, even in Standard mode.  When a Retention rule is set on a document, the original binary remains and a new record binary is created.

There should be a single binary in standard mode, with retention handled at the Nuxeo level , as opposed to s3.
