      Description

      Some systems with extra security level do not allow to read encrypted files and an error "Operation not permitted" is thrown

      $ cat /export/data/rlgavli/dev/nuxeo/nuxeo-build/nuxeo/addons/nuxeo-platform-pdf-utils/src/test/resources/files/document-encrypted.pdf
cat: /export/data/rlgavli/dev/nuxeo/nuxeo-build/nuxeo/addons/nuxeo-platform-pdf-utils/src/test/resources/files/document-encrypted.pdf: Operation not permitted

      This request is to skip a unit test if a FileNotFoundException occurs whose cause is "Operation not permitted"
