Use Nuxeo Tomcat ZIP to build Nuxeo 10.10 HF Docker image

As the official Nuxeo Docker image (https://github.com/nuxeo/docker-nuxeo) is currently not maintained and will be deprecated, we need to move from using it to using a Nuxeo Tomcat ZIP in the builder part of the Nuxeo 10.10 HF Docker image.
