Aspera Dashboard List of Files UX Improvements

AC:

1 - Make sure we have a 1rem (16px) margin between icon, thumbnail and text of each file

2 - Switch order of columns: filename comes before filetype

3- Make sure icon, thumbnail and text  of each file should be vertically aligned to the center of the row
