Fix duplicated results from page provider LATEST_AUDITED_CREATED_USERS_OR_GROUPS_PROVIDER

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a user with username jdoe 
• Delete the user
• Create the user again with the same username

Expected behaviour

• User jdoe is created

Actual behaviour

• User jdoe appears twice in the "Recently created Users and Groups" list

Note: if you repeat the steps, the user will appear repeated for the same number of times as the times it was created - In the attached screenshot, the steps were repeated 4 times.
