Enable Preview Stage for Salesforce

Hi Abdoul and Lisa,
 
Nuxeo works with the Quandora company to implement (and maintain) the salesforce connector.  The developer is named Bogdan Stefanescu. 
 
We need to add a continuous integration to this connector, so as to be able to:

• build it continuously after each commit
• deploy continuously some kind of nightly artifacts (especially the marketplace package)
   
• ideally, benefit from the preview environments capability
• release it.
   
  Note that the Salesforce connector will be maintained by that developer , it is really here to help and add it to our Jenkins X tooling. 
   
  When can Abdoul be available to configure those jobs with the help of Bogdan?
