Fix use of keyboard shortcurts with Ctrl, Shift, Alt, AltGr in Rich Text Editor

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a Note
2. edit and enter the string "URL"
3. select the string => a popup appears to shape the text
4. optional; select the URL link
5. press the Ctrl, Shift, Alt or AltGr key => the popup vanishes

Example use case: when selecting the URL link option, enter Ctrl-V as shortcut to the mouse "Right-Click > Paste" action => This does not work.

Expected behavior: being able to use keyboard shortcuts

Note that ergonomics and behavior in master changed and works fine.
Note that using the mouse instead of the keyboad shortcuts works fine
