JX Cannot delete namespace still in Terminating

      Description

      when running utest on jx/kubernetes,  created namespace for the test purpose cannot be deleted.

       

       

      Error

      Error from server (Conflict): Operation cannot be fulfilled on namespaces "nuxeo-unit-tests-redis-pr-3715": The system is ensuring all content is removed from this namespace. Upon completion, this namespace will automatically be purged by the system.
