[Nuxeo Server]Warning logs about performance issue at startup

      Description

      Whenever I start the Nuxeo server 10.10 (no matter the HF) using JDK 11, I have the following warning message:

      WARNING: sun.reflect.Reflection.getCallerClass is not supported. This will impact performance.

      We talked about it with Kevin Leturc and it seem related with the usage of commons-logging, the migration to log4j2 should resolve it.

      It should not impact the performance.
