Fix task schema definition to use resolvers

Some fields defined in the task schema are holding document or user/group references. Therefore their definition should rely on resolvers to return the appropriate entities when a task object is fetched.

These fields definitions should be fixed:

• targetDocumentsIds
• (targetDocumentId)
• processId
• actors
• delegatedActors
• initiator
